The atmosphere also plays an important role in balancing ecosystems. By following lunar phases, we can time planting, pruning, and harvesting to match the energy of each stage. Let me explain. Waxing Moon (New to Full)   Energy rises, sap flows upward, and moisture increases. This is the best time to sow leafy crops like lettuce, beans, and tomatoes.
